Pre-higher education department

The department work is aimed at training the youth to pass the external independent certification exams. Forms of education: pre-entry courses (day-time), pre-entry courses (part-time), specialized classes on the basis of lyceums, gymnasiums, schools.
Pre-entry course (day-time)
It provides youth training for external independent certification in the entrance-testing subjects in a day-time form of education. The citizens of Ukraine who have the state standard documents of full higher education can apply to be participants of the department courses.

Training is carried out in following subjects:
  • specialities of the faculty of architecture: picture drawing, composition, drawing, painting, mathematics, Ukrainian language and literature.
  • engineering specialities: mathematics, Ukrainian language and literature, physics, drawing, chemistry.
Start of the classes – October, 1st of the current year. Term of education – 7 months.

Pre-entry course (part-time)
It provides training to get prepared for the external independent certification according to the programs of entrance exams. Part-time courses are conducted to train listeners at engineering specialities with term of education:
  • 7 months – from September,20 to April, 30
  • 5 months – from November,20 to April,30
  • 3 vonths – from February,20 to April, 30
The training is carried out at subjects: mathematics, Ukrainian language and literature three times a week from 5 till 7p.m.,exept Saturday and Sunday.

The training for the applicants at speciality “Architecture” is carried out at subjects: picture drawing, composition, drawing; at speciality “Art” – at subjects: picture drawing, painting, drawing.

Start of the classes – September,20 of the current year. Term of education – 8 months.
  • day-time and part-time entrance testing subjects pre-entry courses for non-residents (picture drawing, composition, drawing, painting) are carried out twice a month from September,20 to April,30 the first and the third Saturday of the month.
Graduates of pre-higher education department according to the established rules have privileges when entering the University. Tuition fee at pre-higher education department can be paid out of the funds of enterprises, organizations as well as personal finances. Document are submitted a month before the start of the classes. Tuition fee (hrn).
